International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is proud to announce a new partnership with Ownership Works, a nonprofit organization that empowers companies and investors to implement broad-based shared ownership programs that increase prosperity.
Through this partnership, McDermott will provide programmatic support and counsel on the legal and tax implications of shared ownership models, in addition to charitable donations.
Founded in 2021, Ownership Works has more than 75 partners across the private, public and nonprofit sectors and aims to generate at least $20 billion of wealth for working families by 2030.
