International law firm McDermott Will & Emery welcomes Graham White as a senior partner in London. In this new role Graham will work closely with senior leadership to grow the Firm’s presence and capabilities in the UK market and provide senior level support to clients.
“As we continue to enhance our transactions practice, we want to increase the level of support we provide our clients and focus even more on strategic growth,” said Harris Siskind, global head of McDermott’s Transactions Practice Group. “Graham’s decades of experience in senior roles at top tier firms makes him the ideal person to assist us in developing our mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and financing capabilities in London. His exceptional knowledge of the London legal market is an added bonus.”
Graham brings more than three decades of experience having previously acted as managing partner of the London office of both Fried Frank and Kirkland & Ellis. In addition, he has served in senior leadership positions as a partner within the private equity practice at Linklaters.

Graham’s appointment follows the recent hire of Michal Berkner in London, who brings an M&A practice within the life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors.
