May 17, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been named Licensing & Collaboration Firm of the Year as part of the LMG Life Sciences Awards EMEA 2024 while Emmanuelle Trombe was named Licensing & Collaboration Lawyer of the Year.
McDermott’s licensing and collaboration agreements team leverages the combined power of teamwork and industry understanding to provide in-depth guidance to clients in every sector of the life sciences space, integrating the knowledge and experience of lawyers from across the Firm’s many Tier 1 practices to meet specific individual needs.
Emmanuelle is the co-head of the Firm’s Life Sciences Group and serves as an elected member of the Firm’s Management Committee. She represents pharmaceutical, medical device and bio-pharmaceutical companies globally in transactional matters related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, large-scale projects, outsourcing projects, product development, licensing agreements and regulatory matters.
