Overview
Saadet Demir advises clients on all aspects of real estate matters, including commercial real estate transactions (asset and share deals, individual and portfolio transactions) and ongoing asset management.
Prior to joining McDermott, Saadet worked as an associate in the real estate practice group of an internationally renowned law firm. Saadet completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt/Main with stops in the Frankfurt and New York offices of McDermott in the real estate practice group.
