Overview
Rashad Abdallah focuses his practice on labor and employment matters and related litigation. He has experience supporting all stages of a dispute, including pre-litigation investigations, discovery, and pleadings and dispositive motions.
Through his pro bono work, Rashad has handled matters concerning veterans’ benefits, prisoners’ rights and criminal appeals.
Before attending law school, Rashad was selected to the prestigious government service Capital Fellows Program as a Judicial Administration Fellow in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where he conducted legislative analysis on behalf of the California Bench-Bar Coalition. He also served as a human intelligence specialist in the US Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
