Neeraj Tah focuses his practice on complex UK, cross-border and international indirect/corporate real estate transactions including strategic M&A and private equity deals, investment management mandates, structured acquisitions of real estate, joint ventures, and multi-investor funds. Neeraj acts for some of the largest and most renowned private equity firms investing in real estate, and for alternative investment funds, sovereign wealth funds, REITs and listed property funds.
