October 1, 2024 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Stephanie McCann has been honored as one of PEI Group’s Women of Influence in Private Markets in the Debt category.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience and serving as co-head of McDermott’s Finance Practice Group, Stephanie represents private equity groups, commercial lending institutions, and major public and private companies in connection with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of domestic and international secured and unsecured financing transactions, including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, loan workouts and restructurings. Outside of a prolific practice, Stephanie serves on McDermott’s Executive and Management Committees and is the first woman in Firm history to chair the Compensation Committee.
PEI Group’s annual Women of Influence program recognizes women from across the institutional investment ecosystem in private equity, private debt, infrastructure, venture capital and real estate. The list will be featured within PEI Group’s titles, including Private Equity International, Infrastructure Investor, PERE, Private Debt Investor and Venture Capital Journal.
