Overview
Charles de Raignac advises French and foreign companies on all aspects of intellectual property law (authors’ rights, software, patents, know-how, trademarks, designs) and assists them in the strategic management and protection of their intellectual property rights, including in litigation matters.
Charles has also developed a valuable experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the context of major projects (assignment, licensing, research and development). He also advises on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions and due diligence matters.
Prior to joining McDermott, Charles spent 3 years in a British-American firm.
