Anne Murray, Guy Singer, and Ted Diskant are participating at the International Conference on the FCPA.
Anne is speaking on the panel, “Creating Effectiveness with Efficiencies: Rethinking Priorities and Resource Allocation for Entering and Operating in High Risk and Emerging Markets.” The panelists will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the evolving list of considerations and strategies for minimizing risk and maximizing existing resources when entering and operating in new markets.
Guy is facilitating the spotlight interview, where he is interviewing members of the Zimmer Biomet team to discuss the transformative lessons they learned from the company’s two successive FCPA monitorships.
Finally, Ted is participating on the policy to practice series session titled, “Safe or Not So Safe? Applying DOJ’s M&A Safe Harbor Policy and Other Due Diligence and Monitoring Requirements at the Pre-and Post-Acquisition Stages.” He and his co-panelists will provide first-hand accounts of how to navigate the grey areas of the new Safe Harbor Policy, as well as other critical due diligence and monitoring considerations for both acquiring and target companies.
The Conference offers two days of in-depth discussions and benchmarking on risk management, compliance, investigations, ethics, and enforcement. To learn more, visit the event website.
