Prof. Dr. Clemens Just is co-author of the 9th edition of the handbook “Foreign Company Law” published by C.H. Beck Verlag.
The new edition deals with questions of formation and establishment conditions, the administrative burden, liquidation and insolvency, the tax framework and other strategic aspects, such as the special suitability of sectors or the similarity of types of company forms in different legal systems in different countries.
