Daniel Lenz, LL.M., provides comprehensive advice on national and cross-border M&A transactions, and all aspects of corporate law.
Before joining McDermott Will & Emery, he gained extensive experience in corporate law, corporate litigation and intellectual property law during his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt and as a research assistant and law clerk at renowned mid-sized and large international law firms.
Daniel completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Cornell Law School, specializing in corporate law, litigation, and arbitration.
