Munich, December 17, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised NORD/LB on the financing of the acquisition of ERP Novum by enventa Group, a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners.
The acquisition is the fourth that enventa Group has completed since the start of its strategic partnership with Main Capital Partners in 2022.
The enventa Group offers business software for enterprise resource planning (ERP), business intelligence (BI), treasury management and accounting for medium-sized companies and large corporations. The group is a merger of five software companies, including Nissen & Velten, texdata, aruba BI, Litreca and syska.
ERP Novum was established in 2009 as a joint venture with Nissen & Velten and is an expert in the enventa software suite.
NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank is one of Germany’s leading commercial banks and part of the S-Finance Group. Its core business segments include corporate customers, special financing in the energy and infrastructure sectors, financing commercial real estate via Deutsche Hypo, capital market business, association business with the savings banks and private and commercial customers including private banking.
