Düsseldorf, December 13, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Kadans Science Partner on the acquisition of a property in the Charlottenburg district of Berlin. This strategically important transaction marks Kadans Science Partners’ entry into the Berlin market.
On the 9,037 square meter site at Franklinstrasse 8, Kadans Science Partners is developing a state-of-the-art laboratory and office building under the brand name “Plus Ultra Berlin” together with the project developer ACCUMULATA. In addition to its central location on the Charlottenburg campus and its proximity to the Technical University of Berlin, the site scores particularly well due to its direct waterfront location. Completion is expected in the second half of 2028.
