McDermott Will & Emery represented Amulet Capital Partners (Amulet), a middle-market private equity investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, in a platform investment in Theoria Management, LLC, an innovative, tech-enabled management service organization providing for the delivery of high-quality, value-based primary care services to senior living communities across the United States.
