International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Pango Group, a holding company that acquires and operates a portfolio of cybersecurity brands, in its merger with Total Security, a provider of award-winning antivirus protection. The new company will be rebranded as Point Wild, a holding company operating a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions for consumers and enterprises of all sizes.
