Overview
Amit Kumar Saha, PhD, focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and transactional matters, including patent prosecution in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors.
While in law school, Amit was a technical editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and a senior business editor for the Santa Clara Journal of International Law. Amit was a member of the Santa Clara Law Trial Team and represented the university at the 2023 National Patent Application Drafting Competition.
Prior to his legal career, Amit worked as a scientist doing biomedical research, from which he brings a unique skillset. Amit is also dedicated to pro-bono services and participates in a wide variety of pro-bono matters.
