International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Fulcrum Equity Partners (Fulcrum), an Atlanta-based growth equity firm that gives entrepreneurs capital and hands-on support, in an investment in Pediatrics Plus Partners (Pediatric Plus), a specialized pediatric healthcare provider. Fulcrum’s investment is in partnership with Leavitt Equity Partners and Western Governors University, working together as strategic investors to support the growth of Pediatric Plus.
