Overview
Peter (Pete) Marston focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation matters.
While in law school, Pete served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Angel Kelley of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and as a law clerk for the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the District of Oregon. He was also an article editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
