Overview
Sydney Merritt Martinez focuses her practice on health law matters.
While in law school, Sydney served as a legal intern at the US Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section and as an extern in the Office of the University Counsel at University of Virginia. Sydney was also articles editor for the Virginia Law & Business Review and president of the Health Law Association. Prior to law school, Sydney was an Office of General Counsel intern at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and a senior research project coordinator at the Department of Health Policy and Management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
