Overview
Zain Haque focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters. He has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate governance issues.
While in law school, Zain was a legal intern for a software company and a home construction company, and he was a summer associate at McDermott. He was also a managing editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
