Overview
McDermott Will & Emery advised shareholders of Ekoscan Integrity, a French manufacturer of ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment, in connection with the acquisition of an equity interest by Eurazeo through its small-mid buyout team.
McDermott also advised the founder of Ekoscan Integrity, Mr. Hugo Cence, in his reinvestment alongside Eurazeo, Fonds France Nucléaire 2, managed by Siparex, and ALIAD (Air Liquide Venture Capital), the current institutional shareholder of Ekoscan Integrity, which is also reinvesting.
This operation is aimed at pursuing the international development of the group.
