Alva Mather is speaking on a Food & Drug Law Institute (FDLI) webinar about the latest updates on alcohol labeling regulations from the US Department of the Treasury’s Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Alva joins industry experts from the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, Institute for Food Laws and Regulations, and Center for Science in the Public Interest to cover the TTB’s proposed requirements for labeling alcohol content, nutrition, ingredients, and allergens for beer, wine, and spirits, as well as how FDA may apply these rules to alcohol under their jurisdiction such as hard ciders and seltzers.
