Commerce Dings Spanish Olives with Anti-Subsidy Duties

Carolyn Gleason, David Levine, Raymond Paretzky and Benjamin Kostrzewa successfully represented the Coalition for Fair Trade in Ripe Olives, as the US Department of Commerce formalized its decision to impose an early round of tariffs on ripe olives imported from Spain after concluding that illegal government subsidies had helped the products gain an advantage in the US market.
