Daniel von Brevern said a new German Cartel law will help support a lawsuit by German truck buyers claiming damages from prohibited agreements among truck builders. The law “allows greater access to the records of the injured parties,” Mr. von Brevern said, adding that “the civil law risk is something that lenders now need to take more account.”
