Stephan Rau headed the multi-office German team that advised Eurofins Scientific SE, a global provider of biological, chemical and medical laboratory services, on acquiring a group of German medical diagnostic labs. The team’s corporate, healthcare, antitrust, employment and tax lawyers included Nadine Hartung, Sandra Urban-Crell, Gudrun Germakowski, Jana Grieb, Christian Krohs, Patryk Wcislo, Nina Siewert and Annette Keller.
