Overview
Ulrike Witt advises companies, managing directors, shareholders, insolvency administrators, investors, and creditors on restructuring and insolvency law as well as corporate law. She focuses on restructuring companies that are experiencing crises and bankruptcy situations. This includes all aspects of both outside and inside of insolvency proceedings restructuring solutions (debtor-in-possession, insolvency plan proceedings, debt restructuring, advice of directors and shareholders).

- Various international companies in the retail/fashion sector on restructurings outside of insolvency proceedings
- SIGNA in connection with the restructuring of Karstadt Warenhaus, the second largest department store operator in Germany.
- Insolvency administrator of O.W. Bunker Germany in the context of the international insolvency of the O.W. Bunker Group and the international collection of receivables
- Strauss Innovation, a medium-sized department store operator with 96 stores and more than 1,400 employees, in self-administration under protective shield proceedings
