Florida Blue to Provide Costly Hep C Drug After Lawsuits

Marcos Jimenez, Justin Uhlemann and Robert Kline represented Florida Blue in a negotiated settlement of class action litigation, resulting in an agreement to provide all its members with insurance coverage for a costly but life-saving hepatitis C drug.
