Del Taco Fast Food Chain Going Public in $500M Merger with SPAC Levy Acquisition

Stanley Meadows and Scott Williams were McDermott’s lead lawyers in the Firm’s role as legal counsel to a special purpose acquisition company headed by Chicago restaurateur Larry Levy, which will buy and take public fast food chain Del Taco Holdings Inc. through a merger valued at $500 million. Del Taco was previously controlled by several private equity investors.
