James Kapp was among the lawyers representing France’s Arianespace SA in reaching an agreement to continue a standstill arrangement with a bankrupt Australian satellite company over a contracted satellite launch. The French company has argued that the Delaware bankruptcy court lacks jurisdiction over a contract governed by French law and naming France as venue for any arbitration dispute.
