McDermott’s German capital markets practice has extensive experience representing issuers, underwriters and other related parties on all types of equity issues, in cross-border matters and within the German market. Health & Life Sciences
Our health care lawyers provide comprehensive advice in the health services, medical devices and pharmaceutical sectors.
