James Pardo, Lisa Gerson, Stephen Riccardulli and Michael Dillon continue to represent dozens of oil and gas companies in litigation by Puerto Rico alleging groundwater contamination from a common gasoline additive. A New York federal judge has ruled that Puerto Rico’s current suit can continue, but that it cannot be consolidated with a previous 2007 lawsuit.
