Overview
Stanley Meadows and Ryan Harris are advising investors Tom Penn and Henry Nguyen in their partnership to purchase the new Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise LAFC. Both lawyers had previously worked with Penn on the sale of the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies. Also, Todd Finger has counseled former soccer star David Beckham on his acquisition, with another investor, of an MLS expansion franchise in Miami.
