Nicholas (Nick) Azis is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who advises a broad range of publicly owned and privately held clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, principally in the commodities, energy, technology and manufacturing sectors. He has significant experience in corporate reorganisations and provides day to day corporate counsel to his clients on the application of UK regulation such as the Bribery Act, Criminal Finances Act and Modern Slavery Act on commercial activities in the UK. He also acts as a deputy General Counsel for the firm.

- Represented Irving Oil in the acquisition of the Tedcastle group of companies (operating under the Top Oil brand) in Ireland
- Represented IDEAL Industries Inc. in the sale of its European networks division
- Represented Terminix Global Holdings Inc in the sale of its Norwegian and UK pest control businesses as a condition to its merger with Rentokil Initial PLC
- Represented NOAL SCSp, managed by BRG Asset Management, in the sale of French pharmaceutical group Laboratoire XO SA
- Represented Alsco Inc. in the acquisition of CLEAN Linen Services
- Representing Irving Oil in its acquisition of the Whitegate oil refinery, County Cork, Ireland
- Represented Irving Oil in establishing its gasoline blending operations in the Port of Amsterdam, the Netherlands
- Represented Olam International in its acquisition of Archer Daniels Midland Company’s global cocoa business amongst other transactions in Africa, Europe and Russia for the client
- Represented Medtronic plc in its acquisition of the medical device group Aircraft Medical
- Represented the shareholders on the sale of the Nigerian aluminium packaging group Alucan
- Represented the founder of WorldCheck in its sale to Insight and subsequent sale to Thomson Reuters
- Represented Volution SA in its reverse takeover of Nasdaq listed Celsus Therapeutics PLC to become Akari Therapeutics PLC
