Overview
Stephen Kranz secured a tentative settlement with the District of Columbia for three oil companies that challenged the District’s use of analyses conducted by Chainbridge Software in transfer pricing disputes. Mr. Kranz, who has previously called the Chainbridge method “an abuse of due process, said he and his clients “are pleased that the District is no longer contracting with Chainbridge for transfer pricing audit services.”
