Overview
Ludwig von Rigal focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, securities and shareholder litigation, and accountants and professional liability matters. He represents clients through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial discovery efforts to trial. Ludwig has represented Big Four and other accounting firms in multiple state and federal court cases, arbitrations and regulatory investigations. He has experience representing clients in investigations by the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulators. Ludwig also has experience concerning securities, intellectual property, and bankruptcy-related litigation for a variety of public companies, financial institutions and large accounting firms.
