She helps these entities execute mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other collaborations in an increasingly competitive landscape. Her focus on transactions involving physician practices gives her nuanced insights into the complex physician integration and compensation issues—among other factors unique to these deals—that can complicate the deal process for stakeholders outside this transactions subsector.

Amanda’s experience in specialized healthcare services, including fertility, women’s health, gastroenterology, dermatology, behavioral health, urology, pediatrics, urgent care, emergency services, post-acute care, dental and hospital-based medicine, makes her a valuable asset to investors as they navigate due diligence and the unique regulatory issues facing each area. Amanda also works closely with the Firm’s managed care team to advise PPM clients on strategies related to value-based care. She draws on her deep relationships in the private equity space to support her clients as they seek out strategic relationships to advance their care delivery goals.
