Please join us for McDermott Will & Emery’s 6th International Seminar in Tokyo, Japan. We hope to see you on Wednesday, January 24th to kick off of our two-day seminar delving into recent legal issues that are relevant to Japanese companies going abroad.

Day 1 will start with sessions diving into the evolving US and EU health care and M&A landscapes. It will be followed by three workshops to discuss global hot topics, including international arbitration, data privacy and internal investigations.

Day 2 will explore all aspects of intellectual property with a special focus on portfolio management, patent licensing and patent litigation on a global scale.
