Carol A. Harrington will present at the 58th Annual Southern Federal Tax Institute on November 3, 2023. Carol’s session “Judicial Anti-Abuse Doctrines in Estate Planning Transactions,” will discuss anti-abuse doctrines, how they have been applied in the estate planning context and possible ways to protect transactions from these doctrines.
