ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference

Gordon A. Greenberg will be a moderator at this year’s ABA/ABA Financial Crimes Enforcement Conference on the session “AML Act of 2020 – New Legal Frontiers in Whistleblowing”. This session will detail the whistleblower provisions of the new law, provide insights into the potential impacts of this provision on banks and actions banks should do now in response to these changes.
