Large companies and SMEs, whatever their sector, are called upon to produce more ethically both in terms of climate and social aspects (human rights, protection of personal data, duty of care, green finance, CSRD, etc.). Under the impetus of the legislator, the challenges to be met are multiplying and interdependent. So what are the authorities’ expectations? The authorities are invigilators, but aren’t they also potential allies in integrating these issues into the value chain? Can the authorities support “change”? What kind of dialogue can be established to avoid mistrust?
