This webinar will provide an overview of the unique considerations in developing and procuring AI solutions for digital health applications from the perspective of various stakeholders. We will cover considerations from all sides with respect to legal issues involved in research and data mapping strategies essential to the development and validation of AI technologies, protecting and maintaining intellectual property rights in AI solutions, strategies for technology development, and risk management and mitigation strategies for various contractual arrangements, including contracts with customers, vendors and users. We will focus on the trends in US law for AI solution in the digital health space, and present actionable advice to help you develop an effective strategy for developing and procuring AI solutions for digital health applications.
CLE credit for this program is pending the following states: California, Illinois and New York. A Uniform Certificate of Attendance will be made available to participants requesting CLE credit in all other states. Credit shall be awarded only for attendance of the entire webcast: no partial credit shall be awarded for attending a portion of the webcast.
