April Weisbruch will speak on a panel at American Conference Institute (ACI)’s second annual summit – Women Leaders in IP Law. April will speak on the topic of, “Life-Sciences Innovation: Exploring the Landscape of Patenting mRNA Technologies.” Discussion will include: IP controversies surrounding mRNA vaccine development, impending patent challenges over mRNA delivery, recent developments, and challenges and opportunities.
