Overview
On 19 April, our McDermott Deal Academy took place again – in person and via live stream. This time our discussions centered around photovoltaics. Our real estate, funds, and tax experts discussed the following topics:

- What are the advantages of the field of ESG?
- Experts from our firm provided an overview of legal and tax requirements, structuring options, pitfalls, and solutions.
The event was aimed at investment managers, employees of fund and asset managers, investors, project developers, portfolio holders, banks, and others.
