Overview
The next in our successful PRIVATE EQUITY BOOTCAMP series took place on 7 July in Munich and on 14 July in Frankfurt am Main.
Within the framework of the workshop, experienced speakers from our firm conveyed legal and tax fundamentals for the successful implementation of private equity transactions. The workshop was primarily aimed at professionals with up to five years of professional experience from all areas of private equity practice (private equity funds, banks, consultants). However, it was also suitable for participants who wanted to refresh their existing knowledge or deepen interdisciplinary contexts.
