On June 20th, our Private Equity Bootcamp took place in Frankfurt. Experienced speakers from our firm provided training for you and your colleagues during a workshop, covering legal and tax fundamentals for successful Private Equity transactions. The workshop was primarily aimed at professionals with up to five years of experience in all areas of Private Equity practice (Private Equity funds, banks, consultants). However, it was also suitable for participants who wanted to refresh their existing knowledge or delve into interdisciplinary connections. Our partners presented their supportive tools for Private Equity practice.
