The experienced speakers from our firm will provide you and your colleagues with the legal and tax basics for the successful implementation of private equity transactions during a workshop and will discuss an interactive case study with you.
The workshop is primarily aimed at professionals with up to five years of professional experience from all areas of private equity practice (private equity funds, debt funds, banks, advisors), but is also suitable for participants who would like to refresh their existing knowledge or deepen their interdisciplinary knowledge.
