Stephen Reynolds (CIPP/US, CISSP) is attending and speaking on a panel at the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Privacy. Security. Risk (P.S.R.) 2023 conference in San Diego.

Stephen serves on the IAPP board of directors and frequently educates others on data security and privacy. His breakout session on October 5, “Tales from the Trenches: In-Depth Review of Privacy Litigation Cases,” is selected for the distinction of Privacy Bar Section programming. Stephen and his co-panelists, all with privacy litigation experience, will discuss one or two cases and how decisions made pre-litigation or during privacy incident response affected litigation after the event.
