Overview
With drug overdoses exceeding all previous 12-month period records, and anxiety and depression quadrupled in our nation, the pandemic has heightened awareness of mental health’s impact on condition outcomes. Whole-person care goes beyond standard physical healing. Integrating behavioral health using community resources, technology, and education is essential to achieve holistic, person-centered care. This exploratory session will familiarize attendees with data access innovations to support primary care and behavioral health integration for crisis management and ongoing mental health support services.
Marshall Jackson Jr. will moderate the “Whole Person Care 101: CH. 1 Behavioral Health” panel on March 7 at 2:00 PM EST during the Getting Personal: Custom Tailored Care track at the 2022 ViVE conference.
