In practice, the deal often progresses faster than the capital side. Institutional investors in particular often have longer internal processes (for understandable reasons). How can transactions be implemented quickly under these conditions? What possibilities do company law, but also regulation and taxation, offer to “secure” investments at an early stage?
Our McDermott Deal Academy – still an interactive online seminar – took place again this year. We discussed current developments in real estate transactions with our experts from the areas of Real Estate, Tax & Regulatory. The focus was on so-called “warehousing” structures.
