Physicians and their personnel working in ambulant doctor offices are being affected by the consequences of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in a particular way. The German Parliament, the German self-governing bodies of the ambulant physicians and other public authorities have issued measures and enacted special regulations for the healthcare sector to handle and reduce the health risk of COVID-19, and help healthcare professionals financially during the pandemic period. These new temporary guidelines and code of conducts are to be observed to ensure health and safety to physicians, patients and others.
